In 2024, APBPA will celebrate 100 years of serving our brotherhood.

Unfortunately, we have lost too many brothers and with them ALL of their stories…gone…LOST forever.

So in order to protect our history, we are launching the

Project: SAVE BASEBALL HISTORY!

We will be publishing a Special Collector’s Edition Oral History Book with stories that help preserve our brotherhood’s history.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS PROJECT?

We have to save your stories and preserve our history for the generations to come.

This is a positive project. We want to hear the great, the funny and all the tales that should be told. We respect that some stories stay in the clubhouse. We will make sure that those stories stay that way and will not be published.

FAQs

HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE?

You have a chance to have your story published in our Special Edition Oral History Book. We will be reaching out to every living active and retired professional baseball player in America by email, phone, text and regular mail. We want to hear from every living player, manager, coach, scout, umpire, front office and clubhouse personnel to share your stories.

You can help right away by filling out the form below. We will be assessing every story for validity. Keep in mind that every story will not be able to make it into our publication.

You are encouraged to please participate, so our brothers may live on in the annals of lure.
